Position Highlights:

  • Position: Manager, Rehabilitation Services

  • Hourly Pay Range: $51.47 - 79.78. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL

  • Full-Time

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

What you will do:
As the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of our rehabilitation programs. You will lead a team of dedicated therapists and support staff to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. This position supports Inpatient Rehab Services (PT, OT & ST) at Edward hospital (inclusive of Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem roles). Your responsibilities will include program development, staff management, budget oversight, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to achieve the hospital's rehabilitation goals.

What you will need:

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a rehabilitation discipline from an accredited school

  • Minimum of five years of experience as a clinician

  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills, as well as positive attitude, flexibility, vision, energy and a strong commitment to empowerment of the team

  • Ability to work on multiple assignments and projects with strict time constraints

  • Master's Degree, preferred

  • Minimum of three years of previous supervisory experience, preferred

  • Proven track record of effective leadership clinicians, and support staff as well as a proven ability to resolve workplace challenges

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office software, clinical research, pathway development, public speaking, and teaching

License/Certification:

  • Current State of Illinois license in appropriate Rehab discipline

  • Current CPR certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross
