*Description:*
The End User Services Technician acts as a key IT support professional, focusing on tier-two and tier-three troubleshooting and the strategic development of the desktop environment. This role involves maintaining and supporting diverse computing environments, including office, warehouse, and production floor systems, while delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include providing server, storage, and network support as needed. *Primary Duties & Responsibilities:* * Deliver on-site support for a large user base in a fast-paced, growing environment. * Handle advanced support issues involving hardware, software, and network connectivity. * Log and manage support-related tickets using an internal ticketing system. * Collaborate daily with a wide range of stakeholders, including warehouse and production staff, corporate personnel, and external visitors. * Assist in the management and tracking of IT assets. * Contribute to project-based tasks throughout the year. * Create, update, and maintain technical documentation as required. * Enforce company IT policies, security protocols, and best practices. * Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays. *Preferred Skills & Qualifications:* * Strong experience with operating systems, productivity suites, and enterprise device management. * Familiarity with hardware and device management, particularly in warehouse or distribution settings. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * A proactive attitude and a desire to grow professionally in a dynamic environment. *Experience Level:* Intermediate *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
