Pay: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Thursday
Requirements: A minimum of three years of machine operating experience and a proven history of steady work and longevity at recent employers are required. A High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or academic transcript and the ability to consistently push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds are also necessary. Job Duties: As an Electric Discharge Machine Operator, your daily responsibilities will include operating and maintaining Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) machines, inspecting parts for quality and accuracy, and performing routine machine maintenance and setup. You will also prepare and document machine operation and production logs, load and unload parts, and handle electrode preparation. Data entry into computers and transporting parts as needed will be part of your routine.
