We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our ICT Sales & Marketing team at Stellantis as a Manager with the potential for career advancement opportunities. As part of the ICT Sales & Marketing Operations team, the successful candidate will manage and maintain the SMQA (Sales & Marketing Quality Assurance) process and ensure proper governance in administering it to all Sales & Marketing application teams as they deploy new code/enhancements. This role will not only focus on managing and maintaining the existing SMQA process but also look to expand and evolve our technical & functional testing tools, as well as testing automation tools to increase stability and efficiency within the Sales & Marketing environment. Key responsibilities:



  • Lead, manage, and maintain the SMQA process and ensure proper governance of QA activities across all Sales & Marketing applications globally


  • Define and track key quality metrics, such as test coverage and defect rates, and provide regular reports and insights to management and stakeholders


  • Focus on continuous improvement to grow and adapt as new toolsets/technologies become available


  • Maintain a strong focus on operational efficiency and achieving tangible results (ensuring the deployment platform operates smoothly and meets all performance targets)


  • Maintain good working relations with all Sales & Marketing application development teams to ensure proper governance/compliance, proving guidance to teams as necessary


  • Facilitate in the resolution of all high-priority tickets (P1) by providing guidance/input and pulling in the proper/necessary support teams


  • Work closely with the central Global Data Platforms team to ensure ICT Sales & Marketing is in alignment with global standards on testing platforms

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor teams towards achieving business and organizational goals and driving continuous improvement
  • Experience in embedded quality practices via continuous integration and continuous delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and automation techniques for functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and security testing
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, including CI/CD integration using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, OpenText ALM, OpenText UFT and LoadRunner
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Ability to define and track key quality metrics, test coverage, and defect rates for the products and services



Preferred Qualifications:



  • MBA
  • Agile Product Owner and/or SCRUM Master experience
