The Operations Tech Specialist role includes transforming business processes and operational tools to drive global excellence. This involves supporting the conceptualization, planning, design, quality assurance, implementation, and support of technology solutions. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelors degree in engineering, business, information systems, computer science, or a related field. Minimum Experience Two (2) years of relevant experience. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Analytical, computer, and communication skills. Job Conditions Some travel required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vehicle licensing and registration to include the following programs: International Registration Plan (IRP). International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA). Unified Carrier Registration (UCR). Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) Experience with fuel and weight distance permits. Experience remarketing vehicles and ground support equipment. Experience with Project Management Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
