Information Assistant

- Performs Information Assistant duties as admit control for Water Tower Campus entrances.

- Report any/all suspicious activity to Campus Safety dispatch/officers.

- Performs related duties as required.

High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of customer service experience strongly desired.

Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to diplomatically and confidentially handle sensitive issues.
Must be aware of surroundings to identify areas/issues of possible concern. Escalates to safety/police as required.
