We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and implementing demand generation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role is pivotal in generating high-quality leads, capturing demand and engagement of target accounts, and nurturing them through the sales funnel to achieve Reputation's company's revenue goals. Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Nurturing
Develop and optimize lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads Implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel, including email workflows, content offers, and retargeting campaigns Collaborate with EMEA demand generation counterparts to ensure global program execution when appropriate Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, 6sense) to execute and manage campaigns Collaborate with digital marketing and the web team to ensure SEO and Website UX is delivering against pipeline objective Support the digital marketing team with PPC strategy and execution, including Google, LinkedIn, Meta and Content Syndication channels
Digital Demand Gen Strategy & Optimization:
Create customer/prospect-centric experiences that adapt to the ICP buyer's journey and behavior Drive a mix of TOFU to MOFU Demand Gen and ABM campaigns including: Email Nurture, Webinars / Webcasts, Videos, Content Syndication and Direct Mail that will increase inbound conversions, capture account engagement and generate pipeline
Collaborate with the content team and PMM to develop and activate content in our digital channels to hit demand targets throughout the revenue lifecycle Leverage tools and technology to create and execute efficient and scalable campaigns Manage the demand generation calendar to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns
Budget and Project Management
Monitor and analyze campaign spend, and business contribution against KPI's to optimize ROI Oversee cross-functional teams to drive collaboration. Use Asana for daily task management and project deliverables tracking
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing and sales teams to inform strategy and optimize campaigns
Collaboration and Alignment:
Manage vendor and agency relationships that support the demand gen strategy and functions Work closely with regional Field Marketing Managers, SDRs and sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals, target audiences, qualification criteria and account lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing operations, product marketing, digital marketing, creative, and analytics to execute campaigns effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or SaaS industries. Proven track record of creating and executing successful demand generation campaigns, especially webinars and email nurture campaigns Proficiency in marketing automation, ABX and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense) Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative thinker with a strategic mindset Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or SaaS industries
