Summary:

Reporting directly to the VP of Practice Operations, the director will lead our system-wide capacity management programs, provide oversight, strategy, and directionfor designing, implementing, and supporting robust system access solutions (via MaineHealthEpic and other technical solutions) aimed at enhancing ambulatory capacitymanagement, business development, accessibility, leveraging automation, and transforming the patient experience. The Director is charged with meaningful collaborative relationships with providers, operational leaders, practice leaders and digital solutions/IT/analytics teams as a means of ensuring successful programming. This leader is responsible for overseeing allday-to-day activities of capacitymanagement teams and system programs including template management for primary andspecialty care practices. Additionalduties included program development, project management, budget, analysis,problem resolution, personnel management, and performance improvement. This position is responsible for template management strategies andserves as a liaison with the solutions teams and clinicoperational leaders supporting MaineHealth' s access and experiencegoals.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's Degree
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Five years of progressively advanced administrative management in a hospital or outpatient practice environment required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced Epic template management experience required
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
