Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create cost estimates and AFEs for workovers, well maintenance, and repair operations
• Complete data entry and quality control in Wellview and SiteView
• Assist the Production Engineer in compiling data for well work repair procedures and economics
• Assist Engineering staff and production foreman in gathering data for reports
• Audit various workflow processes to ensure data quality and fidelity
• Act as an application champion and provide application support including training and troubleshooting
• Compile various reports and analysis

• Assist in monthly cashflow and accrual process as directed
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications
• Advanced data manipulation in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables)

• The ability to meet insurability standards to drive a company vehicle
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Knowledge of oilfield terminology and operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of combined Engineering Tech and administrative experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
• Experience with WellView, Evin, Carte, SiteView, SQL, Spotfire or Power BI
