How You Make an Impact: As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales enablement and talent development initiatives that drive business success. Your work will empower our sales teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to thrive. You will build and execute a strategic roadmap to enhance sales support, training, and talent development, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will also design and deliver training programs for both new business and customer retention sales teams, improving their effectiveness and streamlining sales processes. This role is all about continuous improvement and innovation-ensuring our sales teams stay ahead in an evolving market. It requires grit and resilience to develop impactful programs and processes that support our sales teams and make it easier for customers to do business with us. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
