Overview R&P is looking for an HR professional to join our team. R&P is a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management, Technical and Industrial Services to government clients. We are seeking a Director of Human Resources ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. Responsibilities The Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions within R&P and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role involves strategic planning, policy development, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Specific responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
