*Description*
As a dedicated customer service representative, I am responsible for answering inbound calls to assist customers and members with inquiries related to Health Plans. My role involves checking the status of referrals and triaging questionable cases to the appropriate Referrals Department. Additionally, I verify and investigate member benefits and eligibility, ensuring that relevant cases are efficiently triaged to the Enrollment Department. On average, I handle over 60 calls per day, consistently documenting, tracking, and resolving issues with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. My ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service is supported by close supervision and a commitment to continuous improvement. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
