The Industrial Demand Planner (IDP) is responsible for developing and maintaining a production plan which best satisfies market demand while respecting supplier and manufacturing constraints. The IDP works closely with the Commercial Demand Planning group to meet market production requirements and with the Platform and Capacity teams to resolve capacity constraints. The IDP has the lead role in developing monthly production (S&D) proposals to satisfy market demand and compliance requirements while optimizing global profit and vehicle inventory. The IDP works closely with Long Term Demand Planning to translate future annual production volume into a monthly vehicle and market level production program. The IDP is expected to be the subject matter expert for their respective plants, regarding work patterns, overtime opportunities, market demand, constraints and more. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to change direction quickly. This position offers exposure to leadership on a regular basis. Basic Qualifications:
