Job Description

As a Security Professional - Media Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Officer in the Tech/Media/Telecom sector, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to assist in creating a secure environment. You will also engage with individuals on-site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This position requires a valid driver's license as per AU Driver Policy Requirements. Pay Rate: $17.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time
Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Responsibilities:

    Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
  • Assist in maintaining a secure environment by being observant and reporting any unusual activities or security-related incidents.
  • Collaborate with team members and other personnel to address potential security concerns and enhance overall protective measures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements.
  • Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
