Our client is searching for a Senior IT Manufacturing Systems Engineer that understands Quality Management Systems for a full-time position near Memphis, TN. Duties: Senior IT Manufacturing Quality Systems Engineer to spearhead the implementation and optimization of electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) throughout our manufacturing operations. In this capacity, you will lead digital quality initiatives, ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, and develop comprehensive solutions that integrate quality processes with our overall manufacturing systems framework. Skills * Expertise in eQMS platforms and system integration. * Strong understanding of quality management principles and industry standards. * Proven experience in QMS system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and implementation. * Proficiency with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, SPC.) * Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with data-driven approach. * Excellent project management abilities including managing cross-functional teams. * Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, with experience in battery, automotive, or regulated industries preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/yr. The company will provide a benefits package. Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Memphis,TN.
