MaineHealth Behavioral Health is currently seeking a Residential Nurse Manager (RN) to assists the Senior Director, Regional Program Managers and Residential Program Managers in the coordination, supervision, and management of all personnel and patient care activities of the unit and in the successful operation of the hospital and network at large. The Residential Nurse Manager will provide supervision/consultation with the regional residential nurses.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education:Graduate of an accredited nursing program required, BSN preferred.
  • License/Certifications:Licensed as a registered professional nurse by the Maine State Board of Nursing required.
  • Experience:2+ years of psychiatric nursing or comparable experience preferred.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Required:Demonstrate leadership and management skills. Demonstrate expertise in clinical practice and judgment. Demonstrate effective communication skills.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred:N/A
