Description Summary: Supervises staff and oversees daily operations for the Diabetes Prevention Program and Living Well with Diabetes Self-Management Program, including but not limited to referral management, patient intake, and class implementation. Acts as a liaison with all levels of staff across the Center for Health Improvement to facilitate the organization's mission, maximize outreach, and ensure smooth workflows, optimal productivity, as well as high quality and patient-centered services. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical records, supervisory experience, and strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
