The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the management of patient care utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. The RN directs and guides the delivery of nursing care, provides patient education, and oversees all care-related activities while maintaining professional nursing standards. Collaboration with other healthcare disciplines is essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents. The RN may be required to float between units as needed.

• Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required, with ACLS certification to be obtained within six months of hire.
• Meets requirements of physical and pre-placement screening.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred, ideally in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
