RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Removal of all ceramic from metal castings using manual blast booths, automatic Sandblast machines, and pneumatic shell removal machines, using proper aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide sand at various grits.
* Keep the work area in a clean, orderly and safe working condition.
* Verification of parts to paperwork.
* Record work in AQCS/ Lot Control
* Must be able to learn job specifications that are required by new customers, including existing customers with changes in job specifications
* Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures
* Perform other duties assigned by supervision

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Meet or exceed defined visual acuity
* Must be detail oriented
* Must show ability to follow detailed procedures reliably.
* Ability to multitask
* Must be able to sit, stand, bend, push for extended periods of time.
* Ability to lift up to 35lbs on a continuous basis.
