YOUR MISSION Responsible for all financial tasks needed for new store openings, relocations and closings Point of contact for vendor communications (Brinks, Fiserv, TSYS, etc) Provide daily store support for 100+ retail stores, including financial supplies, service issues, credit card terminal problems and miscellaneous inquiries. Coordinate with PUMA partners for equipment and services needed for stores Properly code vendor invoices and troubleshoot billing issues Maintain the Retail Finance email inbox as well as any incoming mail Handle credit card disputes Prepare and upload journal entries at month end Administrative support/projects as needed YOUR TALENT Associates degree or equivalent combination of training & experience required 1+ years of relevant experience Retail Store or Operations experience a plus Finance/Accounting knowledge preferred Must be a team player, have organizational skills with an emphasis on details Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and identify, escalate or resolve problems SPEED & SPIRIT is what we look for in our candidates, defined by some simple values that inspire us to BE DRIVEN in our performance, BE VIBRANT in our sporting legacy, BE TOGETHER in our team spirit, and BE YOU to let our individual talent and experience shine.
