Senior FP&A Analyst - Hybrid Plano Office

Ribbon Communications is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this key role, you'll focus on financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to drive profitability and business decisions. You'll partner closely with the Business Unit leader and executive team to provide strategic insights and financial data that inform critical business choices. Initially, this role requires being in the office for training, followed by a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting cycles.

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support leadership in driving business decisions and improving profitability.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other teams to analyze financial performance and improve Gross Margin (GM).

  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including pricing and profitability assessments.

  • Manage and refine driver-based forecasting models, integrating business drivers, trends, and external factors.

  • Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior leadership.

  • Oversee month-end close activities in collaboration with accounting and treasury.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and planning.

  • Take on ad-hoc financial projects to support strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with a strong background in financial modeling.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software (Oracle, Essbase, HFM, or Planful is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000 per year based on experience
