Job Skills / Requirements Job Description Will be responsible for the SCHEDULE and handling TIME OFF REQUESTS. May be required to work OVERTIME if someone calls off. Exceptional attendance, communication and customer service skills are a MUST. MUST follow policies set by the client at all times and enforce rules set by the client. Loss Prevention \| Checking orders and counting purchased product Computers \| Handheld computers used, must have good understanding of computers Product Knowledge \| Generally, good knowledge of the building industry and construction is helpful. Walking \| Can be very busy in the summer months, a lot of walking required on Concrete is required. Communication \| A lot of interaction with the public, must be able to communicate well Hours \| Sunday - Thursday 1:45PM-10:30PM and 8:30pm on Sundays * This position is outside and MUST be able to handle the elements like heat, cold, rain, snow. ( We do provide A/C in the guard shack! ) MONITOR premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Thoroughly EXAMINE doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security. WARN violators of premise rules and regulations. ADDRESS persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
