Trust Analyst II The Trust Analyst II is responsible for performing analytical functions designed to meet the needs of the Trust Operations unit. This includes production support, exception processing, reconcilement duties, process enhancements and overall customer service. Position Competencies

- Compile, review and analyze the department's various regulatory reports and submit with the appropriate authorities by established deadlines.
- Complete and review unit's cash and security reconcilements, analyze and resolve all variances, as required.
- Review and analyze the unit's various exception reports such as failed trades, cash overdrafts, cost and market value out of balances and take the necessary action to resolve.
- May act as an escalation point for the unit's customer complaints. Bring all complaints/issues to formal resolution within department standards.
- Produce and analyze ad-hoc customer report requests, as needed.
- Create, maintain and update unit's desktop procedures and checklists.
- Assist in small to medium projects, as needed.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university AND 1 year of financial service or customer service experience OR High School Diploma AND 4 years of financial service or operations experience
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
