*Description*
Client looking for a Customer Service Advisor in Fort Worth, Texas. As Customer Service Advisor you will act as the primary point of contact between the company and our customers. This role ensures that customers receive exceptional service and support, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. *Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. *Prepare and send invoices, purchase orders and other related documents. *Assist the sales team. *Meet and greet visitors to the premises in a professional manner when required. *Works proactively to solve customer, product or pricing issues in a timely fashion. *Produce customer open order reports and coordinate expedites with Operations team. *Generate reports for order tracking, customer feedback and service metrics. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. *Minimum 3 years' experience in a related customer service role preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. *Proficiency in using ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook) *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
