The Account Success team is looking for a highly driven and collaborative Manager, Analytics & Insights to serve as a strategic analytics lead to the Account Success team.The Account Success, Analytics & Insights, Manager professional will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of Salesforce and supporting those that support our customers. This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in strategic planning, sales strategy, business operations, reporting, and analysis - requiring a mix of engineering, visualization, analysis and strong communication. Success in this role means supporting the Account Success team to drive the continued success of Salesforce by supporting our customer success strategy and is pivotal in driving the success and growth of our products. Sample projects range from the strategic to the very operational including identifying trends in customer consumption, evaluating growth opportunities, forecasting, business planning & executive presentations, dashboard creation and regular review of key performance metrics. We are seeking a strategic problem solver who can effectively balance detailed analysis with a comprehensive understanding of broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to synthesize complex data and insights into clear, actionable strategies that align with our overarching goals. The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides exposure to senior executives; someone who can navigate both high-level strategic planning, and intricate operational details, ensuring that all efforts contribute to the success of our organization.
