The Part-time Massage Clinic Supervisor will supervise the student Massage Therapy Clinic with a goal of helping students and patients achieve a positive clinical experience. The clinic is located on the Stark State College main campus in North Canton, Ohio. This position works a maximum of 29 hours per week depending on the clinic's schedule and is a non-teaching position.
Must be available days, evenings, and weekends. Clinic schedule may vary depending on number of students in program and availability of patients.

You'll Be a Great Fit If:
- You are licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio as a Licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of two years of experience.
- You possess a massage therapy certification or an associate degree or higher in a health related discipline.
- You are available days, evenings, and weekends, as the Clinic schedule will vary depending on the number of students and the availability of patients.
- You have the ability and skills to supervise and lead with effective communication.
- You possess computer knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
- You are creative and able to bring forth innovative ideas for an enhanced clinic experience for students and patients.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling client appointments
- Returning patient phone calls
- Supervising all activities that take place in the clinic and lobby
- Greeting patients, collecting money from patients, providing the patient a receipt
- Issuing gift certificates
- Monitoring student clinicals (give assistance or answer questions)
- Reviewing and initialing SOAP notes
- Maintaining patient files
To Be Considered You'll Need:
- To be licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio as a Licensed Massage Therapist
- Two years of relevant experience
- Massage Therapy Certification preferred
- Strong ability to function effectively in a team-based environment
- Computer knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office programs
- The ability to communicate effectively with students and patients
- Preference will be given to those with an Associate degree or higher in a health-related discipline.
