Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility You will be partnering closely with teams across Technology to advise, deliver and guide adoption of PAM capabilities, decrease toil with automation, and uplift cyber security maturity, drive PAM compliance, KRI and monitoring activities, provide needed L1 support in the region. You will collaborate with PAM Consumers and PAM POs to discover and understand customer needs and challenges while delivering automated capabilities and share and build Identity Security knowledge across Technology teams. This role will also support increment planning through user story development and prioritisation activities, and feature releases with relevant user engagements through showcases & workshops and assist with creating and maintaining patterns and end user guides. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Highly analytical and strong problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail and proficient in gathering and documenting requirements and experience of the Identity Security or broader Cyber Security domain Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and relationship management skills to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders Adept in engaging, collaborating, and communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues, across different offices and time zones and be self-managing, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision Positive attitude and highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and deliver with high quality work Familiarity with PAM and/or Identity Access Management (IAM) domains and concepts highly desirable and knowledge or experience with Identity Security or Cyber Security products (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, Crowdstrike) is highly desirable.
