We are looking for a skilled Tool & Die Maker! The Tool & Die Maker is a machinist who analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, sets-up and operates machine tools, and fit and assemble parts to make and repair dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools.

Shift: 1st shift (6AM - 2PM)

Pay range is $30 to $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:



  • Test tools/dies for specifications, making adjustments as needed
  • Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts using various machine tools
  • Inspect and verify parts for quality and precision
  • Operate manual and CNC machinery for cutting, shaping, and drilling
  • Design jigs, fixtures, and templates for efficient production
  • Maintain safe and clean workspace

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Tool & Die Maker with 2-5 years of experience (minimum)
  • Proficient in manual tool room machinery and high-speed stamping dies
  • Knowledge of safety practices and high-quality standards
  • Preferred: 6+ years of experience, lamination and carbide expertise, lean manufacturing experience
