The Opportunity As a key member of the Personalized HealthCare Solutions (PHCS) LifeCycle Team (LCT), the Project Leader will manage high-complexity Companion Diagnostics (CDx) digital pathology projects from inception to launch, ensuring successful collaboration with pharmaceutical partners. This role involves overseeing critical discussions on product quality, functionality, and schedule, while driving continuous improvement in the co-development process. The Project Leader will be the primary point of contact for pharma partnerships, contributing strategic insights on digital pathology and supporting potential partnering opportunities, including preparing recommendations for proposals and negotiating project contracts. Relocation benefits are available for this job posting The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson, AZ is $112,000 - $208,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
