*Description*
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of software delivery cycles, particularly in e-commerce, CPQ, and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grasp technical concepts, communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers, and drive projects from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities: *Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. *Understand and communicate the technical aspects of software delivery, including e-commerce, CPQ, and ERP implementations. *Collaborate with technical teams and customers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives. *Drive program and project management processes, including maintaining artifacts and adhering to best practices. *Take ownership of projects, proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges. *Act as a consultant, providing best practices and creating roadmaps for project success. *Utilize Jira for release schedules, sprint planning, and budget tracking. *Communicate effectively with stakeholders, maintaining a change log and escalating issues as needed. Qualifications: *Mid to sr. level experience in program management, with a focus on software delivery. *Strong understanding of program management processes and artifacts. *Experience with CPQ implementations and bespoke custom solutions. *Ability to adapt to new concepts and drive projects from concept to delivery. *Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and customers. *Consulting experience, with the ability to provide best practices and create roadmaps. *Familiarity with Jira, NetSuite, and other project management tools. *PMP certification is a plus. *Ability to work in CST/EST time zones. Why This Role is Open: The current program manager is not meeting expectations. We need someone who can zoom in and out, understand what to escalate, and drive projects forward. Project Details: *The product is already being built and is in the third phase of implementation for operating companies. *The platform will be customized for each OpCo, with a focus on CPQ for internal sales teams and pricing applications. *This is a long-term project with potential for 1-2 years, and possibly longer as it expands to external customers. *The role involves building roadmaps within an existing landscape and integrating ERP with e-commerce/CPQ solutions. *Skills* Program management, Project management, Jira *Additional Skills & Qualifications* The Technical Program Manager role is not technical in the sense of diving into the code or software. However, the candidate should understand the basics of software, particularly in e-commerce, CPQ, and ERP implementations. They need to grasp what happens around the software delivery cycle, understand the language, and know what is being built. This is a mid-sr. level role that involves driving projects rather than just tracking them. The candidate must be able to grasp the technology and communicate effectively with both the technical team and the customer to understand requirements. While there is a Business Analyst (BA) involved, the Program Manager will also be talking to the customer. The role primarily involves working with CPQ and bespoke custom solutions, requiring the ability to adapt from concept to delivery. The candidate needs to understand software and its applications in e-commerce, CPQ, or ERP implementations. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
