Must have an Active General Lines//Commercial P&C License 5+ years of P&C experience along with management experience Description * Inspire and lead a team of licensed Sales Agents to exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional experience to small business customers * Monitor performance and quality by tracking key sales metrics, analyzing individual and team results, and conducting regular QA reviews * Coach, develop, and empower Sales Agents through personalized feedback, one-on-ones, and ongoing performance conversations * Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring a smooth ramp-up and strong foundation product and sales process * Drive continuous improvement by refining sales tactics and implementing process and technology enhancements that drive efficiency and results Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
