Job Description:

As Senior Salesforce Consultant with Crowe, you will play a key role on our project team by bridging the gap between business problems and technical solutions for our clients. You will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, design custom solutions, deliver & implement innovative real-world solutions. You will be expected to provide consultative advice regarding industry best practices and create a solution that always best meets our client's needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Pre-Sales Discovery & Solution Scoping

  • Lead pre-sales discovery sessions to understand client objectives, capture high-level business, functional, and technical requirements, and develop tailored solution proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Collaborate with sales and practice leadership to scope engagements that address client goals and position projects for successful delivery.

Project Discovery & Detailed Solutioning

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions post-sale to deeply understand client processes, pain points, and priorities.
  • Translate discovery findings into actionable, detailed solution designs.
  • Ensure all design documentation is clear, cohesive, and aligns to client expectations and business outcomes.

Project Leadership

  • Serve as the primary solution lead on engagements, working in partnership with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and technical teams to drive successful delivery.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive Solution Design Documentation, including:
    • Detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
    • Process maps (current state and future state)
    • Entity relationship diagrams and data dictionaries
    • Wireframes and mockups, as appropriate
  • Facilitate project kick-off and ongoing client status meetings, maintaining clear communication on project progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Assume joint accountability for project outcomes alongside the Project Manager and delivery team.

Process Expertise

  • Provide expert guidance on designing and optimizing sales processes, ensuring solutions support efficient lead management, opportunity tracking, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to document and streamline business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Quality Assurance & Training

  • Review and validate final deliverables to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them build and prioritize their Salesforce roadmap aligned to their business goals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for ongoing client engagement and project expansion.

Experience & Requirements
(Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills)

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform)
  • Preferred to have CPQ Experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with multiple Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver multiple concurrent projects, including complex enterprise initiatives, from discovery through deployment
  • Experience providing strategic business, operations, and technical consulting to senior leadership across SMB and Enterprise organizations
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end sales processes and project delivery best practices, with the ability to manage a delivery team effectively
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with commitment to timely project tracking and reporting
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a positive, collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Prior leadership experience highly desired, including mentoring and team development
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required by client engagements

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,400.00 - $218,100.00 per year.
