Why This Job

Lead the development and execution of strategies that empower the commercial team to effectively engage with customers and internal processes to drive profitable revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement training programs, sales tools, playbooks, and resources that enhance the productivity and performance of the sales team. A major component of this role is the rollout and implementation support of Salesforce, requiring familiarity with Salesforce and previous experience with an implementation. Additionally, the Commercial Operations Enablement Manager will act as a change champion, driving the adoption of new concepts, processes, and approaches within the sales organization.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement approach that aligns with the company's business goals and sales objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, materials, and Playbooks to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Identify, develop, and manage sales tools, resources, and technologies that support the sales process and improve efficiency. This includes management of an MLS library and content.
  • Lead the rollout and provide ongoing support for Salesforce implementation, ensuring the sales team and trainers are proficient in using the platform. On-going training and resources provided to build competencies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to create, present, and distribute sales content, including presentations, and videos.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Manage external relationships and content for training.
  • Drive the adoption of new concepts, processes, and approaches within the sales organization, ensuring smooth transitions and high engagement.
What You'll Need
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, Learning & Development, preferably in the manufacturing or building products industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs and Playbooks.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, preferably Professional Selling Skills and an Account Based Selling Approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools and technologies, with experience selecting, introducing, and managing these programs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in its rollout and implementation.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint.
Your Education
  • Bachelors degree preferred
