The Director, Global Sales Administrator establishes and manages the sales process from the beginning when an opportunity is identified through the bidding process and to the final sold or lost stage. This role is responsible for developing an infrastructure of integrated and non-integrated systems and tools and trains, directs and monitors on the usage of the systems. This individual will be responsible for working with the team to understand the critical business strategies of our customers monitor all sales activities to identify problems, create solutions and produce accurate reporting. They will also provide the VP of Sales with insight on progress against goals and projections for commissions. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing a global "library" of RFP responses that are accurate and customizable to meet each client purchase plan. The library will also include a variety of sales collateral highlighting the value proposition, proof statements and customer testimonials. Lastly, this role will work with finance counterparts to develop predictive costing and pricing tools for each product. The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. The salary range posted represents the pay range for U.S. candidates.
