Quality Engineer

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Quality Engineerto join our facility in Menomonie, WI. This role will support, organize, and coordinate activities of the quality function with the goal of providing products/services that meet customer expectations. Devise and implement continuous improvement methodology supporting manufacturing, support groups and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

Our Team

Phillips-Medisize, LLC, a Molex company, is a leading global provider of medical molding and assembly services. This role will be based out of our Menomonie, WI location.

What You Will Do

*Communicate and coordinate activities including internal and external approvals of validation

*Participate in AQP meetings representing quality, where appropriate

* Be a resource for the initiation and implementation of cost improvement plans on new and existing programs

*Development and implementation of statistical incoming and in process sampling/control plans

*Acknowledgeand understand quality agreements, requirements, and standards set by each customer

*Interpret and negotiate requirements to meet customer needs

*Lead cross functional teams for investigating customer concerns with structured problem-solving methodology and techniques.

*Use quality tools to implement improvements including process flowcharting, Pareto analysis, statistical process control, gauge repeatability and reproducibility, and trend analysis techniques

*Facilitate communications between engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions

*Responsible for being communication liaison between the customer and manufacturing facility

*Ensure compliance withproduction processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

*Bachelor's degreeor equivalent experience

*Minimum of 2 years of quality-related experience in a manufacturing environment

*Experience working in a regulated environment

What Will Put You Ahead

*Knowledge of injection molding

*Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards

*Experience working with an ERP system (SAP)

*Experience analyzing statistical data
