About the Role As the Director of Fiduciary Services, you'll play a critical leadership role in overseeing the administration of fiduciary accounts, including complex trusts, estates, and investment management relationships. This position is both strategic and operational-focused on enhancing team performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving improvements that elevate client service. You'll work closely with executive leadership to shape policies, streamline processes, and support the growth of fiduciary offerings. In addition to managing high-level reporting and committee participation, you'll be responsible for developing talent, promoting accountability, and optimizing how fiduciary services are delivered across the organization.
