Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Plano, TX.

Learning & Development Facilitator

Pay: $53.00hr

What you'll be doing:



  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs (e.g., New Hire Orientation, leadership development)
  • Adapt delivery to fit audience needs and company culture
  • Create and update learning materials and job aids
  • Coordinate training logistics, communications, and evaluations
  • Partner with HR and SMEs to align learning with business goals
  • Use tools like Zoom, Webex, and Cornerstone OnDemand
  • Support onboarding and maintain training records
  • Ensure smooth training sessions, including setup and materials
  • Contribute to improving learning programs and events



Qualifications:



  • 5+ years in facilitation or learning & development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in virtual platforms (Zoom/Webex) and LMS (Cornerstone preferred)
  • Strong communication, project management, and adaptability
  • Experience with leadership and professional development programs
  • Preferred: L&D certifications, experience in sales/marketing training, and knowledge of talent development frameworks
  • Comfortable facilitating across diverse audiences; up to 15% travel required
