*Description*
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hardware and software installations, tracking inventory, and providing VIP support. This role requires hands-on experience with SNOW, Microsoft products, and various internal tools. Key Responsibilities: Hardware Tracking: Utilize SNOW to monitor and track hardware inventory, including serial numbers and shipments. Software Installation: Install and configure software on laptops, including Microsoft products and state applications. Cataloging Equipment: Use Microsoft products to catalog and manage equipment inventory. Device Refresh: Image and set up refresh devices, ensuring they are ready for use. Warranty Management: Manage the replacement of devices every four years as warranties expire. Inventory Logging: Log inventory and assign equipment, ensuring accurate records. Physical Swaps: Perform physical swaps of old devices with new ones. Asset Queue Management: Keep track of the asset queue for break-fix issues. Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments. VIP Support: Provide high-level support to VIP users. Unboxing Equipment: Unbox and prepare new equipment for deployment. Incident Management: Handle Tier 1 incident tickets, providing timely resolutions. Vendor Products: Work with Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft Service Products. Qualifications: Experience with SNOW and other inventory tracking tools. Proficiency in Microsoft products. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with hardware and software installations. Familiarity with Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft Service Products. Working Conditions: Physical tasks such as unboxing and setting up equipment. Interaction with VIP users and handling sensitive information. *Skills* Desktop, Asset management, Asset inventory, Windows 10 *Additional Skills & Qualifications* state experience is a plus *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
