Job Summary Leadand oversee company's Emergency Preparedness and Response (EP&R) team to develop plans and actions that mitigate against, prepare for, respond to and recover from for various incident types that may impact an electric and natural gas utility. Familiar with the National Incident Management System or Incident Comm and System. Responsible for the centralized administration and coordination of EP&R and business continuity planning for the company. Ensure change management processes are followed, including maintenance of the EP&R and Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) plans, change control, management of employee rosters and the identification and remediation of gaps in EOP/EP&R plans. Manages planning and facilitation of annual EOP/EP&R drills, tabletop exercises and after-action reviews. Identify and coordinates training needs associated with emergency response. Works closely with cross functional teams to execute EP&R objectives. Interacts and communicates with various levels of leadership, including senior level management. Essential Functions
