Krispy Kreme's Regional Manager, Customer Logistics- is an Owner of Outcomes. The role is responsible for providing divisional support around

training, mentoring and day-to-day management of DFD delivery operations.

HERE'S A TATSTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • As the SME, providing ongoing Support to DMs in within division
  • Led efforts to drive completion of New Business Setup
  • Provide field level recruiting, hiring, training and support
  • SME/ Support to DMs in division
  • Market Sales Manager Liaison
  • Customer Communication in Division
  • Field training and guidance (responding to "hot spots" in Division)
  • Providing mentoring for AM DFD leaders
  • Division DFD Systems Administrator and SME
  • Provide field level oversight of safety programs and initiatives
  • Provide field level oversight of maintenance program
  • Shop visits and audits
  • In division resolution of operational challenges

Supervision

  • Individual Contributor

Training

  • Assist efforts to recruit, hire, train and develop qualified staff
  • Support DFD leaders in:
  • Training/coaching drivers to properly complete customer orders
  • Professionally and appropriately interacting with customers.
  • Training RSRs to focus on positioning, cleanliness and overall appearance of in-store displays as well as appropriate product placement on displays per established planograms.
  • Training drivers in the use of route books and/or handheld computers
  • Training RSRs regarding product quality and out of date product removal

Safety and Sanitation

  • Through AM DFD, direct interaction, demonstrate safety consciousness and promote route and driving safety
  • Through AM DFD, ensure drivers are trained in safe driving practices and appropriate vehicle maintenance
  • Drive efforts to ensure DFD team utilization of the Vehicle Inspection and Damage Report Form to perform routine maintenance checks as required.
  • Support in directing and approving all fleet maintenance and oversee proper upkeep of fleet vehicles
  • Address vehicle maintenance concerns with appropriate maintenance provider or Krispy Kreme fleet management team

Leadership

  • Help achieve business plan objectives and profitability as detailed in established financial goals.
  • Understands, communicates, and support division strategic plans
  • Believes in, follows and encourages division to live up to company culture and values
  • Support, administer and consistently enforce all company policies, standards, and practices
  • Maintain a sincere, courteous demeanor with both employees and customers
  • Work with management to improve performance and implement new initiatives
  • Use good judgment and avoid risk taking while operating a company vehicle

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

  • Experience with food, sales, management, production and customer service is required; considerable knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Experience managing multi-unit operations and/or numerous employees is strongly preferred
  • Ability to operate delivery vehicle safely
  • The willingness to learn and the ability to use computer and web-based systems (e.g., PC based tools, Microsoft applications, Web-based applications) to input, access, modify, or output information or to execute programs or analyses.
  • The ability to manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must meet Krispy Kreme driving standards (three-year clean driving)
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is strongly preferred
