The Chobani Sales Director (Sam's Club) will drive the strategy, business development and execution of the Chobani yogurt business for this strategic customer. This role will partner cross functionally with Commercial Development, Customer Finance, Supply Chain and New Product Development to develop and deliver a winning plan for the existing Sam's Club business.

Responsibilities

* Dynamic, thought leadership in the development of Chobani's go-to-market strategy at Sam's Club that delivers volume and revenue targets
* Develop, plan, and execute strategic selling plans to achieve sales objectives including volume, profit, and shopper expense
* Drive and build relationships with merchants, understanding their needs, national and regional strategies while aligning with internal Chobani KPIs
* Be a proactive voice of Sam's Club internally: provide integrated customer, consumer, and competitor insights along with actionable recommendations to drive share of mind, resourcing and focus
* Lead cross functional planning collaboration to deliver accurate volume and trade forecasts to finance, supply chain and commercial development partners
* Identify and partner in the creation of selling materials to bring impactful and effective information to the Sam's Club buying teams
* Complete understanding of Sam's Club internal structure, business practices and go to market strategies.
* Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree required
* 10+ years consumer packaged goods experience including Sales and/or Category Management
* Customer experience required; Sam's Club experience highly preferred
* Strong and proven leadership skills
* Negotiation skills and ability to influence
* Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional leadership
* Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
* Proficient with reporting systems such as IRI and Nielsen
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* 25% travel required

Compensation Range:$148,000.00-$222,000.00, plus bonus.
