The RoleThe Commercial Office Specialist will join the Transformation Commercial Office (TCO) team with a focus on data analysis, reporting, business processes, business transformation and project governance. As a member of the TCO team you will need strong cross-functional skills, as this role requires communication and partnerships with various internal groups including Sales, Sales Operations, Executive Management, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, Finance, Legal and Marketing. Your Impact
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, sales, proposal/contract managers, solutions consultants, legal, finance, and other team members, to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the development and presentation of transformation metrics to support growth, revenue recognition, discount analysis and scalability.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the TCO and the overall effectiveness of the transformation.
  • Develop and improve business processes, enablement plans, tools, collateral, and training materials.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements while adhering to internal controls and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned related to business transformation.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Finance/Accounting, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work in a constantly changing environmentand adapt easily.
  • Commitment to quality processes and outcomes.
  • Proficient in SalesForce, JIRA, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook and Teams); advanced Excel skills and experience in dashboarding (PowerBI, SalesForce) preferred.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Electric utility industry and/or automation/SCADA project experience desired.

The salary range for this role is $64,200.00 - $80,200.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
