Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering MTS in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Design, develop, and optimize critical data processing systems. Develop tools to increase the speed of our mobile experiences, while simultaneously reducing consumption of key resources. Own high-visibility performance metrics. Help implement and maintain mobile performance frameworks for Salesforce mobile applications. Build world-class telemetry infrastructure. Optimize and design improvements for cost-optimization, performance, and scalability. Analyze and fine-tune algorithms and data structures. Design and optimize multi-tenant architecture, load balancers, caching, distributed queues, high availability, and reliable systems, etc. Drive cross-cloud/cross-program/cross-product teams on large complex projects to ensure application and systems are performant, scalable, stable and reliable. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) JavaScript; (2) HTML; (3) CSS; (4) NodeJS; (5) PL/SQL; (6) Spring; (7) Hibernate, (8) JQuery; (9) Java; (10) MongoDB; (11) Kafka. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.

Salary: $155,605.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.
