Position Objective:

Our pursuit of continuous improvement and Operational Excellence is supported by our corporate structure. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Business Analyst will play a dual role in supporting traditional business process analysis and advancing AI-driven initiatives. This individual will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and supporting the implementation of AI use cases aligned with strategic business goals. The Business Analyst will consult with stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure that project outcomes deliver tangible business value. Additionally, this role will lead the discovery and evaluation of AI solutions, document research findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement AI technologies across departments.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Facilitate discovery sessions to elicit and document business requirements, develop detailed process maps, and identify value-adding initiatives
  • Conduct market and academic research to identify trends, tools, models, and use cases for applying AI in business operations
  • Evaluate the feasibility and ROI of proposed AI solutions and draft business cases for executive approval
  • Collaborate with Data Science, IT, and business teams to translate AI research findings into implementable solutions
  • Drive the definition of requirements, assumptions, constraints, risks, and dependencies for both traditional and AI-based strategic initiatives
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements for AI and automation projects
  • Support pilot testing and implementation of AI solutions, including model validation, business rule integration, and end-user feedback gathering
  • Develop reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Apply technical knowledge and tools to help develop and optimize PMO and AI-related processes
  • Maintain professional knowledge by researching emerging AI technologies, attending industry conferences, and participating in relevant professional societies


Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 1-2 years supporting or researching AI/ML technologies or digital transformation initiatives
  • Foundational knowledge of AI concepts (e.g., NLP, ML, RPA, predictive analytics) and ability to translate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience conducting feasibility studies and vendor evaluations for AI solutions
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and workflow analysis
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, JIRA, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus across technical and non-technical teams
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population is a plus.
