Commercial Solutions Analyst

A Day In The Life:
The Commercial Solutions Analyst performs quantitative analysis and generates data-driven insights to guide commercial decision-making and support business activities aimed at achieving financial targets. This role is essential to transform raw financial, R&D, and market intelligence data into conclusions that shape the commercial team's decisions and behaviors. To do this, this role collaborates with technical and non-technical team members across functions, e.g., business technology, sales, product management, pricing, finance, R&D, marketing, industrial operations, quality.

What You'll Be Doing:
Commercial Tools Implementation
* Support the design and adoption of commercial tools (e.g., RFX)
* Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and perspectives that might shape tools adoption
Data Analysis
* Gather data from multiple systems, control their quality, and analyze it to generate insight according to a plan developed in collaboration with another member of the Commercial Solutions team
SAP Knowledge Application
* Understand business usage of SAP & support the translation of SAP functionality into commercial tools
Commercial Support
* Provide training and support colleagues to understand commercial tools and how to use them.
* Perform ad hoc analyses to answer specific questions raised by commercial teams in one of Food Solutions' main three regions.

Skills/Experience Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, economics, agribusiness, mathematics, finance, or experience performing financial, commercial and/or pricing analyses.
*Minimum 2+ years' experience in a full time Analyst or Business related position, with evidence of analytical contribution, preferably agribusiness or business systems background
*Up to 10% travel required.
