Starting Salary Range: $162,000 - $172,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

The Manager of Product Management role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of MISO products while maintaining focus on value realization, customer success, and operational excellence. Responsibilities will include the ability to create and deliver a vision and strategy working across functional lines (operations, service, implementation, etc.) and steering large scale initiatives from inception to implementation. The day-to-day focus will be on product delivery and innovation with engineers, architects, the product management team, and customers to create easy-to-use solutions that present a seamless customer experience.

Some of the responsibilities for the Manager of Product Management include:



  • Streamlining the approach across the entire product lifecycle-from strategy and innovation to development and execution-ensuring a strong focus on value realization, customer success, and alignment with strategic, financial, and technical goals
  • Cultivating strong partnerships across business areas, service lines, and departments to drive synergies, enhance communication, and ensure cohesive product delivery across the organization
  • Advising business leaders and product teams by offering strategic guidance, removing roadblocks, and empowering teams to deliver impactful solutions through the adoption and maturity of Agile principles
  • Overseeing the development and evolution of product roadmaps, advocating for data-driven decision making, and identifying key metrics to assess product performance and inform ongoing enhancements
  • Managing budgets and resource planning, leading recruitment efforts, and developing employees to ensure the team is well-positioned for current and future organizational needs
  • Developing a high-performing product management function by nurturing talent, creating learning paths, aligning development goals with business needs, and building a community of practice supported by tools, frameworks, and best practices


To be a successful Manager of Product Management, we're looking for the following skills/experiences:



  • Bachelor's degree in, Finance, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (required)
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities via mentoring relationships, leading initiatives with strong collaboration, or leading ad hoc teams (preferred)
  • Specific experience with product development through agile software teams and vendor solutions that reflect deep knowledge of product lifecycles, evaluating technologies and documenting multi-year roadmaps that meet strategic needs, project/program management
  • Experience with agile workflow management tools and road mapping tools


Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
