What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analyzing and mapping business processes, project scoping, and collaborating across teams to identify areas for AI and analytics to drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work. You will work closely with the Macquarie Asset Management's Artificial Intelligence team to identify and prioritize AI and analytic solutions and support the team through to implementation. Your role will involve documenting requirements with a focus on current state analysis, business problem statements, and stakeholder experiences. You will be a beacon for change management through identifying and defining key areas for improvements in operations and data-driven decision-making.
Salary range for this position: $100,000 - $120,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with experience working as part of a project team in scrum
  • Prior experience implementing AI and/or analytics solutions, particularly those related to operational efficiencies
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to wider range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with self-starter growth mindset
  • Understanding of AI and data science technologies and methodologies and staying abreast of latest analytical techniques.
