AI Solution Business Analyst

Macquarie Asset Management's Artificial Intelligence and Data Science team leads Macquarie Asset Management's Artificial Intelligence strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to transform our operations and foster a data-driven decision-making culture. To drive innovation, our AI team partners with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities for addressing business challenges and enhancing decision-making through data science and AI. We develop and deliver scalable solutions, equip our stakeholders with advanced AI tools, and continuously strive to become leaders in AI innovations and technology within the financial sector.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analyzing and mapping business processes, project scoping, and collaborating across teams to identify areas for AI and analytics to drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work. You will work closely with the Macquarie Asset Management's Artificial Intelligence team to identify and prioritize AI and analytic solutions and support the team through to implementation. Your role will involve documenting requirements with a focus on current state analysis, business problem statements, and stakeholder experiences. You will be a beacon for change management through identifying and defining key areas for improvements in operations and data-driven decision-making.

Salary range for this position: $100,000 - $120,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
