This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist staff and/or the management team with case investigation, research or development as needed
• File Maintenance/Archiving
• Other Administrative duties as assigned by manager
• Moderate work experience within own function.
• Some work is completed without established procedures.
• Basic tasks are completed without review by others.
• Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks.
• Create manual files
• Review PCD reports and update information in subrogation files

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ years of experience with subrogation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word (documentation purposes) and Microsoft Excel (data entry for reporting purposes)
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00AM - 04:30PM CST

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in any of these areas: Health Insurance, Insurance Billing, Property & Casualty, Auto Insurance, Workers Compensation, Law Firm, or Subrogation
• Experience working with Subropoint

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

• Excellent organizational skills

The hourly range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
