Position Summary

As an FBO Account Associate, you'll play a key role in promoting our aviation products and services. You'll support business development, manage client accounts, and ensure seamless service delivery-all while gaining valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new business prospects.
  • Client Management: Support account management and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in ROI calculations and margin evaluations.
  • Financial Modeling: Learn and apply basic modeling techniques.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with data analysis.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends and company offerings.
Job Requirements Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Team-oriented with multitasking capabilities
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and aviation sales
Technical Proficiency
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a bonus
Education & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Aviation
  • Experience:
    • Sales and/or Marketing
    • Aviation/FBO knowledge is a plus
    • 2+ years work experience
    • Internships or coursework in finance, business, or aviation are advantageous
Specific Skills & Knowledge
  • Basic financial calculations and ROI assessments
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Interest in financial modeling and aviation industry dynamics
Geographic Scope & Travel
  • Moderate travel required (by car or aircraft) to pursue leads, support clients, and attend industry events
