Are you our Power Tool Repair Technician?

This role reports directly to the Site Manager and offers an on-site schedule based out of our Spartanburg, SC facility. As a key leader within our finance team, you will drive operational efficiency, foster collaboration across teams, and contribute to our organization's financial health and success. Your ability to manage priorities, focus on detail, and deliver results will be critical in this impactful position.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

Responsible for coordinating the activities of an Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems tool maintenance contract inside the customer's facility. This position will be based at the customer's facility but will require 5% travel nationally.

The On-Site Technician will be responsible for setup and configuration of tooling, maintaining the PM and calibration schedule of the tooling population, the logistics of shipping tools in and out of the customer's facility, and interfacing directly with the customer. Minor repair or preventative maintenance will also be expected as well as follow-up on status of tooling shipped off-site to a vendor or an Atlas Copco Repair Depot.



To Succeed, You Will Need:

Knowledge / Educational requirements:



  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • 2-4 year degree in a technical discipline or management is preferred.


Experience:



  • Minimum 2 years' experience working on pneumatic and DC power tooling in a production environment or equivalent experience.
  • Windows based computer skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting
  • Understanding of calibration processes preferred but not required
  • IT experience with networking or databases preferred but not required
  • Experience servicing Atlas Copco fastening tools, torque theory, and fastening knowledge are strongly preferred.
